In this new segment, we will preview Men’s Basketball’s opponents for the upcoming week.
Recently, the 7-1 High Point team closed out competition at Cayman Islands with an incredibly narrow 76-73 win over Hampton
Star player Chase Johnston opened the contest hot, knocking down three threes in the first seven minutes
This past Wednesday, Kentrell Garnett of the Louisiana Ragin Cajuns drilled a three with 42 seconds remaining as the team went on a 10-0 run to snap a seven-game losing streak
As we approach another week of hoops, let us take a few moments to scout the College of Charleston Women’s Basketball team.
Most recently, the Cougars downed Jacksonville State to move to 3-0 on the road this season
Leading the team, Taylor Barbot mounted 13 points, adding four assists and seven rebounds
Following her teammate, Lara Rohkohl earned a season-high 15 rebounds on the night
Earlier in the week, Taryn Barbot secured her first weekly award after being crowned CAA Player of the Week
