🦁 SCOUTING THE OPPONENT: ODU MONARCHS

With both teams coming off of a dominating victory this past weekend, the Mountaineers look to continue their hot streak as they host a 4-4 Monarch team on Saturday:

• The Mountaineers lead the all-time series against ODU 3-1

• Last weekend, the Monarchs racked up 560 yards on offense, its most yards since a 47-24 win at FIU in 2021

• QB Colton Joseph passed for a career-high 304 yards and four TDs in the 47-19 victory over the Eagles

  • Joseph is tied at third on the list of Sun Belt Rushing TDs, and also ranks eighth in the country among QBs with a score of six

• ODU transfer Angelo Rankin Jr. is currently tied for second in the league with three interceptions, and is 13th in the league with five passes defended
